WEEKLY SOCCER ACADEMY PROGRAMS: 7/6-7/11, 7/13-7/18, 7/20-7/25, 7/27-8/1, 8/3-8/8, 8/10-8/15

Smart Soccer Program for 7+8 year olds: A fun introduction to soccer. A foundation of our program is a well-paced environment using fun game like activities. We also utilize small-sided games. Smart soccer will have coed groups that focus on developing soccer skills, fun and sportsmanship.

Junior Soccer Academy Program (9+10, 11+12): Continued development of technique and soccer skills and introduction to individual and small group tactics. Again using game like fun activities. Actual soccer games to conclude each and every day. Included in the program will be fast footwork training. Actual soccer games conclude each and every day with the Junior Soccer Academy Program.

Elite Soccer Academy Program (13+15, 15-18): Player’s benefit from advanced technical and tactical training. Emphasis is placed on training and execution of soccer techniques and tactics under pressure of an opponent and game conditions. Specific position training that features defending, midfield play and goal scoring are part of the Elite Soccer Academy program. Soccer games every day.

ADVANCED SOCCER ACADEMY PROGRAM:

Advanced and group program is available to ages 12-18. It is designed for High School and Club teams that come and to be trained as a group to improve individually and as a team.

It is also designed for the Advanced Player that is involved with High Level Club Soccer and/or the ODP program. The focus of the week is on functional technical tactically training. Developing technique and tactical awareness using the most modern soccer training methods. Almost all training is done in a game like environment under pressure of an opponent to replicate match conditions. We train the Advanced Soccer Academy Player as a total player focusing on the 3 cornerstones of the game: Technique, Tactics and Fitness (psychological fitness and physical fitness).
